Innovacar SiNH Top Coat

General recommendations

• Work in a controlled environment between+5 °C and 25 °Cwith controlled humidity.
  
• Provide adequate lighting.
  
• 
  Always use clean and undamaged cloths.
  
• ReplaceMicron Suedefrequently.
  
• UsageMicron 2F: short fiber side for removing 80–90% of the product, long fiber side for finishing.
  

Step 1 – Surface preparation

1. Prewash with SP1 Prewash.
   
2. Hand wash with S2 Foamy.
   
3. Chemical decontamination:
   Tar: D3 Tar
   Metal particles: D1 Iron
   Lime: DS Scale
   
4. Mechanical decontamination with Clay Bar or Clay Mitt and DL Lube.
   
5. If necessary: ​​polish to a perfectly smooth surface.
   
6. Degrease with D2 Check.
   
7. Visual inspection: Paint must be completely clean and free of defects.
   

Step 2 – Application of SiNH Top Coat

• Apply a few drops of product toMicron Suede, wrapped around theFoam App Block.
  
• Work panel by panel (±50 × 50 cm) with thecriss-cross method(at least 3 passes).
  
• Leave30 seconds to max. 2 minutespolymerize (depending on temperature).
  
• Remove excess product with Micron 2F.
  
• If residue remains visible after 10 minutes, the product can be lightly reapplied to even it out.
  

Step 3 – Crosslinking & curing

• After4 hoursbringSC0 Hydro Sealantas a protective layer during the full curing process.
  
• Guard3–4 hoursbefore outdoor use.
  
• Avoid rain, snow and washing during7 days.
