Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Return Period

At JMProducts, we offer a 30-day return period. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused;

  • Be in the same condition that you received it;

  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible;

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.

The use of the online withdrawal form is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us an email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the relevant order, including the standard delivery costs of the original shipment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returning Goods

After notifying us of your return, you must send the goods back within 14 calendar days.

The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the case of an error made by JMProducts.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Contact us immediately at info@jmproducts.be if:

  • The item arrives damaged;

  • The item is defective;

  • You receive the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;

  • Perishable goods;

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery;

  • Digital products that have already been downloaded or activated;

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. This will be completed no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal, unless we are still awaiting receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.
