1. Order Processing
We strive to process and ship orders placed on business days as quickly as possible.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods, promotional campaigns, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

For destinations outside the European Union, we may use another carrier depending on the country and available shipping services.
3. Delivery Area
JMProducts ships to all countries within the European Union.
We can also ship orders to countries outside the European Union. As shipping costs, delivery times, customs procedures, and available carriers may vary significantly by country, customers outside the EU are requested to contact us in advance at info@jmproducts.be.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional shipping charges, import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees may apply. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and will not be reimbursed by JMProducts.
After contacting us, we will provide a shipping quotation and inform you of the available shipping options.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
A delay in delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.
6. Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace link.
This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment via the carrier's website.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within a reasonable period at info@jmproducts.be so that we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
8. Public Holidays and Exceptional Circumstances
During public holidays, vacation periods, promotional campaigns, or other exceptional circumstances, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
We always make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
