For best results when applying the SiNH Hybrid Coat nanoceramic treatment to your car’s bodywork, follow these steps:

Recommendations:

• Environmental conditions:Preferably apply the product in a controlled environment with a temperature between +5°C and 25°C, free from contamination and with controlled humidity.
• Relief:Provide good lighting during application.
• How to use Micron Suede:Replace the Micron Suede regularly.
• Micron 2F:Use the short pile section to remove 80-90% of the product and the long pile section to perfect the finish.
• Position of cloths:Avoid using dirty or worn cloths.
• Maintenance:Use only Innovacar maintenance products for optimal results.

Step 1 - Preparing the car (if not already done):

1. Pre-wash:Perform a prewash with SP1 Prewash or similar products.
2. To wash:Wash with S2 Foamy to clean the surface.
3. Chemical decontamination:Remove tar with D3 Tar, iron residues with D1 Iron and lime with DS Scale.
4. Mechanical decontamination:Use a Clay Bar (or Clay Mitt) with DL Lube.
5. Polishing:If necessary, polish the car to remove any defects and obtain a smooth surface.
6. Oil cleaning:Remove any oil residue with D2 Check.
7. Visual inspection:Visually check that the car is completely cleaned and ready for the protective treatment.

Step 2 - Applying the ceramic coating:

1. Application:Apply a few drops of SiNH Hybrid Coat to the Micron Suede wrapped around the Foam App Block.
2. Application method:Apply the product using the Criss-Cross method (minimum 3 times), treating one panel at a time (approximately 50x50 cm).
3. Polymerization:Allow the product to polymerize for a minimum of 30 seconds (at high temperatures) and a maximum of 2 minutes (at low temperatures), before smoothing away any excess product with a Micron Buffing Wipe if necessary.
4. Excess product:If the excess product is not completely removed from the surface within 10 minutes, the product can be reapplied and smoothed.

Step 3 - Cross-linking of the protective barrier:

1. Top coat:After 4 hours apply the final layer of SC0 Hydro Sealant. This is the final protective layer that will maintain the surface during the entire curing time.
2. Waiting time:Wait 3-4 hours before putting the vehicle outside and 7 days before putting it in the rain/snow or washing it again, according to the Innovacar maintenance program.

Precautionary measures:Use within 6 months after opening, carefully close the bottle after use and store the product in a dry place, protected from light and heat, at a temperature between 5 and 25°C. Always consult the safety data sheet and precautions on the label. Always follow the Innovacar Cycle System for maximum performance and durability.
