Gtechniq C0 Aero Coat is specially formulated to minimize the adhesion of dirt and other contaminants to race cars. Thanks to its strong anti-adhesion properties, high water repellency (110° contact angle), and attractive gloss, it is also suitable for use on road vehicles, with a lifespan of up to two years .
The coating offers some scratch resistance (6H) and can be applied to paint and gelcoat . Please note that C0 Aero Coat is more viscous than other Gtechniq coatings, making application and buffing more effort.

Washing instructions

Use pH neutral shampoos.

Avoid harsh chemicals to extend life.

Use soft microfiber cloths for safe maintenance.

How to use

Shake bottle well before use and apply out of direct sunlight.

Wear gloves.

Apply the product to the supplied AP2 Ultra Soft Foam Filled Applicator.

Set the bottle aside; do not hold it in your hand to prevent premature hardening.

Treat one large panel or several smaller panels at a time.

Let the product work for 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove residue with an MF1 ZeroR Microfibre Buff Cloth and then perform a second afterbuff with an MF6 Haze Buster or a clean MF1.

Turn the cloths quickly so that the coating does not harden in the fibers.

If the residue has fully hardened, the surface must be re-polished and the coating re-applied.

Place used microfiber cloths immediately in water and wash/dry them as soon as possible to prevent crystallization.

Allow the coating to cure for 12 hours before exposing the vehicle to the elements.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Use opened product within 3 months; unopened within 12 months.
