3D ACA Brown Flex P1500 Abrasive Discs are designed for fast, safe and controlled removal of orange peel, texture and paint imperfections with a random orbital sander. Thanks to the unique Alpha Ceramic Alumina technology , developed in-house by 3D, these discs offer exceptional sanding performance without leaving deep grooves – ensuring a faster and safer polishing phase.
The fine P1500 grit creates a smoother, uniform surface ideal for achieving a show car finish or leveling out factory orange peel.
Thanks to the anti-clogging technology , the discs stay cleaner longer, work more efficiently and reduce the chance of pigtails. Each disc lasts an average of one panel – depending on paint type and hardness.
